Lovely Queenslander Close to Everything!! I have absolutely loved living here but now need to move due to work commitments. The house has beautifully polished hard wood floors with plenty of room! There are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. You will be living with two professional, friendly and respectful girls. One is a barista and the other one is a language teacher. The house has a lovely feel about it and is in a very safe area, quiet and peaceful but close to everything, with Lutwyche Shopping Centre a 2 minute drive down the road, and a short 15 minute walk to the RBWH. McDonalds and the petrol station is just around the corner and the New Market Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes down the road also. The Chermside Mall is a short drive down the road. The street backs onto the train station so you only have to walk a few meters to catch your train! Your room comes with an extremely comfortable bed and a huge built-in wardrobe. Fly screens on the two large windows which let in lovely light and breeze. The view from your window is awesome! Doesn't feel like your living in the city at all! There is a big back yard with a clothesline, a verandah looking out on to the street and a balcony out the back door. Lots of peaceful nature sounds at nights to put you to sleep. The view from the kitchen and dining room is amazing! You can see a perfect view of the city skyline and twinkling lights! Very impressive.
